Why do I get a busy signal when I use TekTalk?

If you're receiving a Fast Busy Tone with your TekTalk you may have some connection or technical issues. You can try the following tricks to get it working again:

  • Dial *68, hang up, then try the call again;
  • Ensure your ATA has a good Internet connection. This may mean plugging your ATA directly into your modem.
