Various different situations could arise based on the settings and package you have for your TekTalk service. The most common are listed below:
- Your phone will be out of service. You will be unable to make or receive calls.
Voicemail not Setup - Your phone will be out of service. You will be unable to make or receive calls.
Voicemail Setup - Calls will go directly to voicemail and can be listened to when service resumes.
Call Forwarding Setup - Your calls will continue to be forwarded.
Unavailable Call Forward Setup - Your calls will be forwarded during your ATA's offline state.
