Can I turn off Call Waiting?

To turn off Call Waiting, use the following steps:

  1. Log in to the TekTalk Portal.
  2. Click on the Call Manager tab at the top.
  3. Under Summary, find "If I'm in a call". Here you can choose to forward calls to another number or directly to VoiceMail.
