- Disconnect the coax cable. This will stop all data flow.
- Access the WebUI http://192.168.100.1
- Choose 'Configuration' from the sidebar
- Click 'Restore Factory Defaults' and confirm by choosing 'OK'
- Wait for the modem to reboot. (Resetting may take 5-30 minutes.)
- Click 'Restart Cable Modem' and confirm by choosing 'OK'
- Reconnect the coax
