When will I be billed for changing/moving my service?

Basic Breakdown:

Fees for the following changes must be paid up front:

  1. Moving your service.
  2. Changing from one technology to another.
  3. Immediate bandwidth changes.
  4. Hardware purchases.
  5. Adding a new service.

Most other fees are charged on your next invoice.

 

What do you mean by "Changing from one technology to another"?

This would be a change which results in you moving from one internet technology to another.

  • DSL -> Cable
  • Cable -> DSL
  • 6M DSL (GAS) -> FTTN DSL
  • FTTN ADSL -> FTTN VDSL

 

What do you mean by "Immediate bandwidth changes"?

Bandwidth changes normally occur at the start of your next billing cycle and we charge for them at that time; however, you can request an immediate bandwidth change if you wish to change your bandwidth cap for the currently in progress month of service.

When you request an immediate bandwidth change, we charge the difference between your existing package and your new package at the time of your order.
