How do I make an online payment?

This is a basic overview of the information required to make an online payment to TekSavvy. While we would love to give you specific instructions, online banking varies by financial institution. If you require assistance, please contact your banks support personnel.

  1. Log into your financial institution's online banking portal.
  2. Add "TekSavvy Solutions Inc." as a payee.
  3. Enter your CID number when prompted for an account number. This can be found in the top right corner of your invoice.
  4. Use this newly created Payee to submit a payment.

Note:
Some banks have a minimum length for account numbers. If this is the case for you, add leading 0's to your account number until it meets their requirements.
