Most package changes can be conveniently made through the MyAccount portal. To perform a package change through the portal, please follow the directions provided below:
- Log into the MyAccount portal.
- Click on the Services tab.
- Click on the Details link for the service you wish to upgrade.
- Click on the Upgrade Service Package button.
- Click the radio button next to the package you wish to change to, then click Next
Note: Only packages that the you qualify for will be displayed.
- Select your desired method of contact and enter any required contact information, then click Next. (Email or Phone)
- Enter any Comments you may have, then click next.
- Review your change request then click Submit.

Important: Changing from a grandfathered plan is not currently possible in the MyAccount portal. If you are on a grandfathered plan, you will need to reach out to our Sales team by phone to make a change.
