A lot of problems can stem from making a mistake while inputting your address into our online order forms.

Did you know that Google maps often gives postal code information for the wrong side of the street?

Before submitting your order, check out your address on Canada Post's official website. If everything matches up, you're good to go. If not, you'll need to correct it or you may experience delays in setting up your service.

P.S. If you live in a multi-unit dwelling such as an apartment building, duplex, or shared house; don't forget to include your unit number.
