It is unfortunate, but sometimes an address that we thought was serviceable turns out to be anything but.
The good news is, we would never leave you high and dry footing the bill for this unfortunate miscommunication between ourselves and our vendor.
You will receive a full refund for your service, activation, and shipping fees, as well as a prepaid return label for your hardware. So long as your hardware is returned undamaged, you will receive a full refund for it as well.
