Do you pay your monthly bill through online/telephone banking? Is it coming down to the wire and you're worried we wont get notice of your payment on time?
Notify us through the MyAccount portal by following the below steps and put your mind at ease.
- Log into the MyAccount portal.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- Click on the Notify button. (Located in the Payment Notification box.)
- Enter your Confirmation #, Date Paid, Institution, and the Amount Paid.
- Click on Next Step.
- Review your payment notification information and click Submit.
- Click Continue.
Please Note: The payment notification option will not be available if you pay automatically by credit card.
