Changing Your Service Package

The following instructions will guide you through the process of changing your service package (speed/monthly bandwidth limit) through the MyAccount Portal.

  1. Sign into your MyAccount Portal account.
  2. Click on the Services tab. (Found at the top center of the page)
  3. Click the Details link for the service you wish to change.
  4. Click on the Upgrade Service Package button. (Found at the bottom left of the page)
  5. Select the package you would like to switch to by clicking the appropriate radio button.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the best method for us to contact you.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Enter any additional comments that you may have pertaining to the order.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Review the information for your requested change.
  12. Click Submit.

Congratulations, you've submitted a change of service request through the MyAccount Portal!
