Updating Your Credit Card Information

The following article will guide you through the process of updating your credit card information in the MyAccount Portal.

Please Note: This option will only be available if you are already paying your bill automatically through a credit card. If you wish to sign up for automatic credit card payments, please contact us at 1-877-779-1575.

  1. Log into your MyAccount Portal account.
  2. Click on the Billing tab. (Found in the top center of the page)
  3. Click on the Add New button found in the Credit Card Information box.
  4. Enter the Card Holder Name, Card Number, and Expiration Date as listed on the card.
  5. Click Next Step.
  6. Review your Credit Card information then click Submit.
  7. Congratulations, your credit card information has been updated!
