To begin, please log in to your My Account portal.
Once you log in, you will see your services on file. Click on Move on the service you need to move
Enter the Address you are moving to. If you do not see the address in the drop down, please continue to type until it appears. Please add the Unit number in question and click Qualify Address to continue.
If you still do not see your correct building, please follow the steps listed to reach out to our support team for assistance.
A Calendar will appear with dates and dispatch windows available. Click on the date of your move, then select the time frame you would like to request. Please note, someone over the age of 18 will need to be available.
Enter the best contact phone number for the appointment, and then click Submit.
Congratulations! You have just moved your services to your new location!
Please note, all moves once placed cannot be reversed. Make sure to take all equipment (ATA’s, modems, routers), power adapters, and cables ( coax, Ethernet, phone cables, etc) as possible. As you will continue to use your current devices at the new location. As a reminder, please make sure they are able to access any communication’s rooms (if applicable). Make sure if a letter of permission for drilling or extra work is on hand before the appointment. You may need to ask the landlord or building manager in advance about new activation processes.
