Introduction:

The Hitron CDA3-35 is a stand-alone cable modem providing one ethernet connection.

• Bridge-only modem (no routed/wifi capabilities)

How to Factory Reset

Press the reset button on the back of the hardware for 10 seconds or longer

Troubleshooting Information

How to obtain diagnostic details:

1. Navigate to the user interface. (192.168.100.1)
2. Enter the administrative username and password in the Username and Password fields, then click Login.
3. Click on the Status tab.
4. Click on the DOCSIS Provisioning tab.
5. The cable modem statuses can be found under the DOCSIS Provisioning Status header.
6. Click on the DOCSIS WAN tab.
7. The power levels can be found under the Downstream Overview and Upstream Overview headers.
8. Click on the DOCSIS Event tab.
9. The cable modem logs can be found under the DOCSIS Logs header.
10. Further information can be found under the Overview, System Information and Wireless.
