You will need to open a ticket to have this feature enabled. By default, it is disabled to avoid any accidental charges.
Once enabled, customers are charged for any international calls made from their TekTalk service. This includes calls that are made in error.
You can have it disabled by opening a ticket and requesting it to be turned off.
