Update your Hardware with MySavvy

In this article, we will cover how to update your hardware using the MySavvy self-service portal.

What you will need before you begin

• MySavvy Login
• Your hardware details

How to Switch to Existing Hardware

1. Log into your MySavvy Account
2. Click on My Services on the left-hand menu.
3. Select the service you would like to update
4. Select Change / Add Hardware
5. Under Available Account Hardware select the toggle for the hardware you would like to be active.
6. Click Submit Request.
7. You are all set!

How to Switch to New Hardware

1. Log into your MySavvy Account
2. Click on My Services on the left-hand menu.
3. Select the service you would like to update
4. Select Change / Add Hardware
5. Under Use Your Own Hardware select the toggle for ‘I’d like to use my own hardware with my service’
6. Select the Hardware Make/Model
7. Enter the Serial Number
8. Enter the MAC Address
9. Click Submit Request.
10. You are all set!
