In this article, we will cover how to change your service package with the MySavvy self-service portal.

What you will need before you begin:
MySavvy Login
Instructions:
Log into your MySavvy Account
Click on My Services on the left-hand side
Select the Service you would like to change.
Select the Change Service button
Select 'Keep my Address'
Select the new plan you wish to switch to.
If applicable, you will be prompted to select hardware.
If applicable, you will be requested to select your install date for the new service package if dispatch or activation is required.
Select Review Changes and review your new billing terms.
Select Submit Changes
You are all set! Our team will receive the request and complete your speed change.
