🚩 Note: Residential accounts cannot be put into a Business name or have two different account names listed. We can add your friends and family as an authorized user but only one person can be the account holder.

Simply contact us by phone or through social media and we can assist you in updating your records.
I want to give my account to someone else!
Life circumstances change and we can make that transfer easy. Once you know who is taking over your account, contact us by phone or through social media. We will need to know the full name of the person you are giving your account to.
🚩 Note: The account will remain your responsibility until the person you granted permission to take over contacts us to take over the account.
Once you let us know who has permission to take over, the new account owner will need to contact us at 1-877-779-1575 to finish the process to migrate the account to there name.
There is no fee to have this completed, however, the new account holder does pay for their first month of service upfront when they call. If the current account holder has any remaining days they have paid, they will be refunded. Everything on the current account would transfer over and remain the same. This includes the equipment on file.
