A Vendor's outage may not directly impact our customers for many technical reasons. To stay up to date on all the most relevant outages that affect our customers please check the Network Status Map.
I see it posted on a different website
We can not guarantee any third-party websites not hosted and/or owned by TekSavvy are relevant or accurate. They are hosted by third parties and can easily have false information or wrongly list what service is impacted. They can also be easily abused to have false details like multiple reports/instances. While all customers are free to use them, we do not use them for any outage tracking. Outages must be confirmed by our Vendor with no exceptions.

Once confirmed, it will be posted on the Network Status Map within a few minutes. Depending on the scale of the problem, it may take a few minutes to be posted.
