We all need a little more time to pay our bills sometime, we have made making payment arrangements easy. In this article, we will cover how to make a payment arrangement using the MySavvy self-service portal. Payment arrangements can only be made with accounts set to Due Upon Receipt, the option will not show for customers who are set to Credit Card.

What you will need before you begin:
MySavvy Login
Instructions:
Log into your MySavvy Account
Click on Billing on the left-hand side.
Click on Payment Arrangement on the left-hand side.
Enter the New Payment Date
Enter the Payment Amount
Enter your Billing Email
Enter your Phone Number
Choose your Payment Method from the How will you be paying? Drop-down menu.
Enter any additional comments you may have in the Comments section.
Click Submit
