TekSavvy is a pre-paid service provider which means you pay for your services prior to the billing period. Because of this, we invoice those pre-paid customers for their upcoming month of service before it begins.
Your invoice/billing date will always be 5 days prior to your activation date unless you have contacted us to adjust it. This gives us time to ensure that the payment has been made for your upcoming month of service.
Each monthly payment covers you for one month of time based on your actual activation date, not the billing date. For example, If your service was activated on the 20th of the month, your invoice date would be the 15th of each month. The period of time each payment covers would be from the start of the 20th of the month until the end of the 19th of the following month.
Example:
You signed up with us and the technician activated your service on the 20th of May. Since you paid for your first month of service at sign up your bill has been paid for May 20th until June 19th.
Your next bill due date would be June 15th, this would cover your service from June 20th until July 19th. The next bill due date would be July 15th, this would cover your service from July 20th to August 19th.
