Change your Preferred Language with MySavvy

In this article, we will cover how to view and change your preferred language with the MySavvy self-service portal.

Your language preference determines how we communicate with you through methods such as e-mail, and phone. It does not affect your language of choice when using MySavvy.

What you will need before you begin:

• MySavvy Login

Instructions:

1. Log into your MySavvy Account
2. Click on My Profile on the left-hand side.
3. Click on Change Preferred Language on the left-hand side.
4. Select your preferred language using the toggle buttons.
5. Click Save Settings
