In this unfortunate event, others can close out the service or move the service into their name. To do so, we need a copy of the Death Certificate or a copy of a Power of Attorney to be sent to us.

What information is required
- A copy of the government-issued death certificate.
- The account number (CID), if available.
- A note indicating whether you wish to take over the service or cancel.
- If the service is to be closed, the date of cancellation requested.
- If the service is being taken over, the new owner’s contact information.
