Do I Need a Letter of Permission?

It is recommended to have a letter of permission prepared for new installations, moves and jack installations wherein you are not the location owner. This is typically in situations where you rent the residence. The letter is not a requirement but if the premise owner is not on location and extensive work is required to be completed the technician may not be able to complete the service call until permission is obtained.

Please ensure the letter is printed and available should the technician require.
